    Worked the polls from open to close today. I was the election judge for our precinct. After 2 presidential, one gubernatorial and several local elections over the last 4 years I am qualified to state that your first quote from Sir Winston is absolutely and positively correct.

    I know the events of last week suck…and it’s not the birthday present I wanted but, as a like-minded friend here in the office said Thursday morning “you know, the sun came up today!”.

    Yes, a bit dim, but it did come up. Happy belated birthday.
